Daily Incident Report – Date: 14 – 16 February 2025

The following incident/s were reported

  1. Theft of a gate motor occurred at a residence in Shannon Road, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s were notified. No further information.

  2. A two MVA occurred at the stop sign on the corner of Bell Drive and Shannon Road, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s were notified. The owner of one of the vehicles contacted SAPS. No further information.

  3. A burglary occurred at a residence in Simon Bekker Drive, Rangeview. An unknown number of culprits gained access to the premises by climbing over the wall from Bell Avenue. The culprits gained access to the house by breaking the burglar bars. Various items were stolen. Patrollers, RO’s and SAPS were on scene. No further information.

  4. An intoxicated driver damaged his vehicle’s left front tyre, on the corner of Athlone Road and Dublin Street, Kenmare. RO’s were on scene. The driver’s mom came to fetch him and the vehicle. All was cleared.

  5. A mini-sub was vandalized in the early hours of the morning in Kwartel Road, Kenmare. No further information.

  6. A two MVA occurred at the entrance of Total Garage in Norden Road, Rangeview. RO’s responded. Public Safety was called. No serious injuries and no obstruction to traffic. One vehicle was towed away. All was cleared.

  7. An abandoned silver Nissan Micra was parked in the parking area at Noordheuwel Shopping Centre on the corner of Lud Hersch Drive and Robert Broom Drive, Noordheuwel for the last two days. Patrollers and RO’s were notified. The owner was contacted and the vehicle needs a new battery. No further information.

  8. A bravo male was making a nuisance of himself by begging at the robot on the corner of Lud Hersch Drive and Van Oordt Street, Noordheuwel. Patrollers asked him to leave the area.

  9. EMS was at a residence for an emergency in Rudd Street, Noordheuwel. The patient was transported to hospital. No further information.
