The following incident/s were reported
- There was an Illegal dumping of garbage in the veld in Leadwood Street, Rangeview. Patrollers and RO’s were notified. No further information.
(Time of incident: 10:07) - An oil spill caused a traffic hazard near Valley View Shopping Centre on the corner of Robert Broom Drive and Valley View Road, Noordheuwel. The Fire Department responded to assist with the oil spill. The road was cleaned, no further reports were received.
(Time of incident: 13:48) - A vehicle broke down in Van Oordt Street, Noordheuwel. Assistance to tow the vehicle away was on scene. All was cleared.
(Time of incident: 14:20) - A gate motor was stolen at a residence in Longford Street, Kenmare. RO’s were on the scene. All was sorted out.
(Time of incident: 14:38) - A fire was made in the veld near Noordheuwel Mall on the corner of Robert Broom Drive and Van Oordt Street Noordheuwel. Patrollers responded. The fire was put out. All was safe.
(Time of incident: 19:57) - Two shots (unknown) was heard in Libertas Street and Quinn Street, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s were notified. No further information.
(Time of incident: 20:24) - During a patrol the Patroller discovered a suspicious black VW Polo on the corner of Rice Street and Wilde Road, Noordheuwel. The Patroller escorted him out of the area. All was cleared.
(Time of incident: 11:33:) - There was an altercation between a member, bravo males and females drinking under the trees on the corner of Nupen Road and Shannon Road, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s were notified. The member was asked to call SAPS. No individuals were observed during the search. All was cleared.
(Time of incident: 12:58) - A PVA (Pedestrian Vehicle Accident) occurred between a champagne Nissan vehicle and a female pedestrian at the bridge on the corner of Robert Broom Drive and R28, Noordheuwel. RO’s responded. The scene was handed over to SAPS and EMC. RO’s left the scene as their assistance were no longer required.
(Time of incident: 15:37) - A suspicious whiskey male and two bravo males were loitering in the open area next to Libertas Street, Noordheuwel. RO’s responded. There were no one in sight as they must have left the area. All was clear.
(Time of incident: 17:00) - Shouting, whistling and chanting sounds were reported near Valley View Shopping Centre on the corner of Robert Broom Drive and Van Oordt Street, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s were notified. All was in order.
(Time of incident: 19:55) - A suspicious vehicle was parked for a long time in Leadwood Street, Rangeview. A BOLO was sent out. The vehicle left the area. All was cleared.
(Time of incident: 20:28) - A suspicious whiskey male was passed out in his vehicle at the robot on the corner of Robert Broom Drive and Van Oordt Street, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s were notified. The family was contacted to come and assist the male. No further information.
(Time of incident: 21:58) - Six stationery vehicles with males and females entering the field at Die Draad Restaurant in Robert Broom Drive, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s were notified. No further information.
(Time of incident: 22:00) - Domestic violence occurred at a residence in Longford Street, Kenmare. RO’s responded. The situation was under control and no further assistance was required. All was found in order.
(Time of incident: 13:49) - A suspicious white Renault Kwid with three bravo males stopped and investigated premises on Bell Drive, Noordheuwel. A RO spoke to them, they said they do work on lapas. The RO asked them to leave the area. The same vehicle was later spotted loitering through the streets again. Patrollers shared the registration number and a member of a tracking company noticed irregularities as this vehicle was fitted with one of their units. The vehicle was pulled over, and after investigation the tracking company had the vehicle towed away.
(Time of incident: 16:31) - A suspicious bravo male (dustbin digger) with a green headpiece and lots of plastic bags was loitering in Rudd Street, Noordheuwel. A Patroller responded. He was asked to leave the area.
(Time of incident: 15:50) - Domestic violence occurred at a residence in Pigeonwood Street, Rangeview. Patrollers responded. The grandparents were contacted to assist with the situation. No further information.
(Time of incident: 20:11)
