The following incident/s were reported:
- The door of a mini-sub was open in Simon Bekker Drive, Rangeview. A RO closed the door and the Councillor of Ward 22 was notified.
(Time of incident: 07:00) - There was a fire on the corner Van Oordt Street between Sneeuwberg Street and Robert Broom Drive, Noordheuwel. A RO responded. It was plastic burning. They were asked to put the fire out. No further information
(Time of incident: 15:04) - Suspects involved in various attempted high jackings in the West Rand including Rangeview, were apprehended at the Rangeview Shopping Centre. All services were on scene.
(Time of incident: 15:47) - A burglary occurred at a residence in Mell Road, Noordheuwel. The perpetrators cut the electric fence and broke open the garage door. Unsure of what was stolen. Patrollers and RO’s were notified to please check that everything is fine when patrolling. No further information available.
(Time of incident: Unknown) - A grey Renault hatchback was driving without lights and dangerously in Van Oordt Street, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s were notified. No further information.
(Time of incident: 18:16) - A bravo male wearing blue overalls and a big sun hat was making a nuisance of himself in Dippenaar Road, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s responded. He was escorted out of the area.
(Time of incident: 19:47) - A suspicious long base VW bakkie was driving erratically in Dublin Street and surrounding streets in Kenmare. Patrollers and RO’s responded. Situation was handed over to SAPS.
(Time of incident: 21:42)
