The following incident/s were reported:
- A gold BMW 320i broke down on Robert Broom Drive, Noordheuwel. A Patroller was on scene while the towing service was busy loading the vehicle. Scene was cleared.
(Time of incident: 17h25) - A gold Honda broke down on Bell Avenue, Rangeview. A Patroller was on scene. The owner of the vehicle was waiting for a friend to come and help him.
(Time of incident: 17h30) - A suspicious bravo male wearing a navy and yellow tracksuit and a blue backpack came out of the bushes on the corner of Bell Drive and Norden Road, Rangeview. A Patroller responded and asked him to leave the area.
(Time of incident: 17h35) - Two suspicious bravo males were sleeping on the corner of Robert Broom Drive and Van Oordt Street, Rangeview. A patroller responded. They were escorted out of the area.

⚠ An alarming increase of motor vehicle theft and high-jackings, especially of the following vehicles are seen countrywide:
- Toyota Hilux
- Toyota Quantum
- Toyota Corolla Cross
- Toyota Fortuner
- Toyota Prado
- Volkswagen Polo
- Ford Ranger
- Isuzu D-Max
Tips to keep your vehicle safe:
- Park near the entrance.
- Make sure your vehicle is locked.
- Test your tracking unit regularly.
- Be vigilant for suspicious vehicles.
When reporting a stolen vehicle please give the following information:
- Make
- Model
- Color
- Identifying marks
- Regs
- Tracking company
Hotspots are at schools, shopping centres and social establishments.
Please report any incidents to SAPS and our CPF office at: 072 425 0121 for any assistance and forward your SAPS case number to the CPF Office for record keeping. This will assist Patrollers and RO’s when making an arrest and possibly link the suspects with other crimes
