Daily Incident Report – Date: 22 October 2024

The following incident/s were reported:

  1. A suspicious bravo male was loitering in Dublin Street, Kenmare. RO’s responded and requested him to leave the area.

  2. Remote jamming of main gates, vehicles and an alarm system were reported at a residence in Tulbach Street, Kenmare. Patrollers and RO’s were notified.

  3. The main gate of a residence on Tulbach Street, Kenmare, was found open. No items were reported stolen. RO’s responded and found all in order.

  4. An attempted burglary occurred at a residence in Flame Thorn Street, Rangeview. RO’s responded. The back fence was cut. No items were stolen and no entry made into the home.

  5. Three suspicious whiskey males were loitering in Dippenaar Road, Noordheuwel. RO’s responded and requested them to leave the area.

  6. A suspicious whiskey male with a black Ford Ranger harassed a female driver on Robert Broom Drive towards Jehovah’s Witness Tower, Rangeview. Patrollers and RO’s were notified and a BOLO was sent.

  7. A suspicious bravo male with two dogs were noted in the veld area behind Dublin Street, towards Athlone Road, Kenmare. A Wild Life Ranger and RO’s responded.

  8. The mini substation’s door was open in Longford Street, Kenmare. A RO was on scene. No damage was reported and the door was closed.

Please report any incidents to SAPS and our CPF office at: 072 425 0121 for any assistance and forward your SAPS case number to the CPF Office for record keeping. This will assist Patrollers and RO’s when making an arrest and possibly link the suspects with other crimes.
