Daily Incident Report – Date: 18 – 20 October 2024

The following incident/s were reported:

  1. A suspicious whiskey male and whiskey female loitered on Robert Broom Drive towards the R28 off-ramp, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s were notified.

  2. A suspicious whiskey male loitered at Sasol on the cnr of Robert Broom Drive and Van Oordt Street, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s were notified.

  3. A homeless person loitered on the cnr of Robert Broom Drive and Valley View Road at Valley View Shopping Centre, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s were notified.

  4. Gunshots (unconfirmed) were heard in the area between Leadwood Street and Simon Bekker Drive, Rangeview. Patrollers and RO’s responded, and patrolled the area. All was found in order.

  5. A female with a child stood in a dark area on the side of the road in Leadwood Street, Rangeview. Patrollers responded. She already left the area.

  6. Gunshots (unconfirmed) were heard in the area of Norden Road and Lud Hersch Drive, Rangeview. Patrollers and RO’s were notified. No further reports were received.

  7. A bronze Toyota Hilux bakkie was stolen at the Sasol Noordheuwel carwash, on the cnr of Robert Broom Drive and Van Oordt Street, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s were notified.

  8. A suspicious whiskey male loitered in front of Best Before on Robert Broom Drive, Rangeview. Patrollers responded. He was requested to leave the area.

  9. A suspicious bravo male made a nuisance of himself by begging for food at a residence in Simon Bekker Drive, Rangeview. Patrollers responded. He returned back to his residence at Lorana Complex.

  10. A suspicious bravo male loitered at the Total Energies on the cnr of Robert Broom Drive and Lud Hersch Drive, Noordheuwel. Patrollers were on scene, and he was escorted out of the area.
