Daily Incident Report – Date: 19 – 21 July 2024

The following incident/s were reported:

1. Two intoxicated bravo males and residents got involved in an argument in Dublin Street, Kenmare. A Patroller and RO’s responded. The matter was resolved and the situation calmed down. They were escorted out of the area.

2. A MVC (motor vehicle collision) occurred on the cnr of Robert Broom Drive and Hoffnaar Road, Noordheuwel. No serious injuries were reported and the scene was cleared.

3. The mini substation was not locked in Wilde Road, Noordheuwel. Patrollers were on scene. No damage was reported and the door was closed again.

4. A suspicious whiskey male with a dark grey Toyota Fortuner parked in front of a resident in Lindhout Street, Noordheuwel. The owner noted him and he left the area. RO’s were notified.

5. Three suspicious bravo males with a white Land Rover Discovery attempted to steal a vehicle (unknown make/model) in Bell Drive, Noordheuwel. They were not successful and fled the scene. RO’s responded and a BOLO was sent.

6. A house cat was trapped in a snare inside The Kloof in Kwartel Road, Kenmare. The cat managed to escape and made it safely home. No serious injuries were reported.

7. A suspicious bravo male with a white bakkie (unknown make/model) parked near the AFM Church in Libertas Street, Noordheuwel. RO’s responded. The vehicle already left the area.

8. A suspicious bravo male with a white double cab bakkie (unknown make/model) parked in front of a residence in Flame Thorn Street, Rangeview. RO’s responded. The vehicle already left the area.

9. A veld fire broke out in the area between Raasblaar Street, Stamvrug Street, the Botanical Gardens and in the top of Hobby Park, Rangeview. Patrollers and RO’s were on scene. No immediate danger was reported, and the fire was under control.

10. A suspicious bravo female loitered around in Wilde Road, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s responded. She was escorted out of the area.

11. During a patrol, Patrollers found cables in the veld next to Wilde Road, Noordheuwel. RO’s were notified.
