The following incident/s were reported:
- A minor MVC (Motor Vehicle Collision) occurred on Lud Hersch Drive in the entrance of Total Energies, Noordheuwel. EMS, a Patroller, RO’s and towing services were on scene. One patient was transported to hospital for observation. The scene was cleared.
(Time of incident: 12h30) - A suspicious charcoal/silver vehicle was parked in front of a residence in Longford Street, Kenmare. He then left towards Athlone Road. RO’s responded. The vehicle was an Uber driver and left the area.
(Time of incident: 20h25) - An attempted burglary occurred at a residence in Simon Bekker Drive, Rangeview. The electric fence was cut. No items were reported stolen. Patrollers and RO’s were notified.
(Time of incident: 20h30) - A suspicious brown VW Polo was parked next to the road on Robert Broom Drive close to the R28, Noordheuwel. A Patroller responded. The vehicle already left the area.
(Time of incident: 20h45) - Three suspicious bravo males were inside the Botanical Gardens and threw stones on resident’s patios in Care Ash Street, Rangeview. RO’s responded. They already left the area.
(Time of incident: 22h00) - Open cable diggings were found on the cnr of Hoffnaar Road and Robert Broom Drive, Noordheuwel. Patrollers were on scene.
(Time of incident: Unknown) - Unknown number of suspects entered a residence in Tulbach Street, Kenmare. They broke a bakkie’s window and stole a Makita drill out of the vehicle. The alarm beams triggered and the suspects fled. Patrollers and RO’s were notified.
(Time of incident: 03h25) - A silver Toyota Fortuner with REG#: HC76BDGP was stolen at Die Draadkameel on Robert Broom Drive, Noordheuwel. SAPS and RO’s were on scene. A case was opened and a BOLO sent. The vehicle was later recovered.
(Time of incident: 18h00) - A minor MVC (Motor Vehicle Collision) occurred on the cnr of Norden Road and Robert Broom Drive, Noordheuwel. The drivers started to fight on scene. Patrollers and RO’s responded. The situation calmed down and the scene was cleared.
(Time of incident: 23h05) - A veld fire broke out next to Bell Avenue, Rangeview. The Fire Department was notified and RO’s was on scene. The fire was under control.
(Time of incident: 12h05) - A cyclist was robbed of his green and black Marida bicycle in Hobby Park on Robert Broom Drive, Noordheuwel. Patrollers responded and searched the field.
(Time of incident: 08h45) - Three charlie males with a black Toyota Conquest sold fruit in Howell Road, Noordheuwel. A Patroller was on scene and RO’s responded. They already left the area.
(Time of incident: 11h05) - A dog was caught in a snare at The Kloof in Kwartel Road, Kenmare. Residents were on scene and assisted the dog. No serious injuries were reported and the snare was confiscated.
(Time of incident: 11h55) - Underaged children were making a nuisance of themselves by begging on the cnr of Robert Broom Drive and Van Oordt Street, Noordheuwel. A Patroller and a RO were on scene and they were requested to leave the area for their safety.
(Time of incident: 12h30) - A blue Toyota Verso with REG#: KD65BBGP was stolen at Valley View Shopping Centre on the cnr of Robert Broom Drive and Valley View Road, Noordheuwel. Patrollers and RO’s were notified to BOLO. The vehicle was later recovered.
(Time of incident: 13h45) - A whiskey male made a nuisance of himself by begging and loitering at Brian’s Supermarket on Van Oordt Street, Noordheuwel. A Patroller and RO’s were on scene. He was requested to leave the area.
(Time of incident: 14h45) - A fire broke out on the cnr of Lud Hersch Drive and Van Oordt Street, Noordheuwel. A RO responded. No immediate danger was reported and the fire was under control.
(Time of incident: 21h40) - Two suspicious bravo males ran suspiciously in Pickard Street, Noordheuwel. RO’s responded. They already left the area.
