Daily Incident Report – Date: 18 June 2024

The following incident/s were reported:

  1. A suspicious bravo male loitered in front of a residence in Dippenaar Road, Noordheuwel. RO’s responded. He already left the area.

  2. A suspicious silver Isuzu bakkie with a canopy slowly drove around in Loftus Road, then continued towards Olivier Street, Noordheuwel. RO’s responded. The vehicle already left the area.

  3. A pedestrian gate was opened in the main gate of a residence in Simon Bekker Drive, Rangeview. The owners were not at home, and Patrollers and RO’s responded. All was found in order.

  4. A whiskey female was in distress and needed medical attention on the cnr of Bell Drive and Shannon Road, Noordheuwel. Although this was not in our sector, EMS, our Patrollers and RO’s responded. The patient was transported to hospital.

  5. A suspicious bakkie (unknown make/model) with hazards on drove around in Dublin Street then continued to Bantry Street, Kenmare. The vehicle left the area.

  6. A suspicious white VW Golf was parked in front of a residence in Firebush Street, Rangeview. RO’s responded. All was found in order.

⚠ Motorcycle Hijacking ⚠

All motorcycle owners: Please be alert, as reports have come in that a BMW motorcycle was violently seized (hijacked) from its owner in a neighbouring sector. Please be cautious when filling up at garages and stopping at traffic lights and signs.

Please report any incidents to SAPS and our CPF office at: 072 425 0121 for any assistance and forward your SAPS case number to the CPF Office for record keeping. This will assist Patrollers and RO’s when making an arrest and possibly link the suspects with other crimes.
